Probably each of you have tried to lose weight at least once in your lifetime. I'm sure many of you did it successfully. As for me, I failed.

I want to tell you a story which can save you from the mistakes I made and help to avoid problems on a difficult path toward a slim body.

I'd never been a big girl. I was popular while at high school – every second bloke would have been happy to date me. Nobody had such slim and straight legs as I did.
